In legal parlance what's the difference between accepted and allowed? An application is accepted or it is allowed allowed.

For instance, sir, surety bond is accepted, bail application is allowed etc. 

When do we use 'accepted' and 'allowed'?

 Accepted means to have received something with approval and intention to keep it.

 allowed means decreed in your (petitioner) favour

When a submissions made by party to lis is agreed by the court it amounts to "accepted", whereas when any document submitted and found in order / as per law and accepted it is "admitted".

It is a bad question paper has been set by examiner since it is short of facts.
