Bike ownership not transferred

I live in kolkata and on 2018 my friend bought a bike on finance on my name as he didint had any documents of kolkata and told me after completion of loan he will transfer the name but on sep 2021 i came to know he gone to his hometown which is in different state and iam continuously telling him to transfer the name or to handover me the bike so he is not doing any thing and delaying he will do today or tomorrow  and I already told him that if he didn't do any two option I will file a fir still he ignored this matter what should I do now legally so that in future I should not face any trouble.

Legally you are the owner of bike and you should take over the bike. \Inform yourf riend verbally to hand over your bike otherwise file a theft report in police station.He will be in trouble

you are the owner of the bike. as early as possible go to nearest police station and give a complaint against your friend and don't forget to receive your complaint's reciept or FIR.

You should issue a legal notice to the buyer with a cc to Regional Transport authority and police station(where the buyer lives) to change the ownership of the vehicle. Police station will seize the vehicle immediately as the buyer has not changed the ownership details in RTA Office.
