1. File a grievance petition before the district Collector's office, with all relevant details and signed by all the affected persons.

2. IF the collector office does not take legal action, THEN approach the Lok Adalat, against the collector.  The action will be taken.

Raghavaraja Garu,

This forum is dedicated for giving basic guidance to common litigants that can not afford approaching experts for legal guidance.

Hence the forum or members can not help you in resolving the problem of your area.

Mobilize a group, meet elected representatives collectively and hand over petitions, make a grievance before the collector and also file a petition before Legal Services Authority.

Raghavraja , please understand that this is Community problem and if Community is with you then half the problem is solved.

Please take time and appointment to visit DC at district headquarters . Visit with all details pertaining to the farm , how big it is , how many estimated buildings and farm animals.

Take photographs printed on paper of the Poultry Farm.

kindly explain the grievances and problems faced to DC and make sure your issue is noted down.

Request DC to take action against farm under Section 133 (B) of CrPc .

If the situation appears to be a public nuisance and also a health hazard, you may give a complaint about this to the municipality or any other local body besides you may give a complaint to the district health officer.

Especially in the present scenario, due to the fear of corona virus spread, the authorities will take immediate action to close down his poultry farm also.
