Can a tax lawyers practice in high court

Dear Legal professionals,
I'm an tax advocate pls tell me can I practice in high court related to tax disputes if yes! what's it's process....

thank you sir for your prompt reply!
sir of course I'm enrolled in BCI but have not practice of high court or district court. Actually I want to represent the case of taxation in high court hence you can let me know the process that how can I file the petition in high court! if possible

Just make the petition and submit before registry,>You must consult some high court lawyer to tell you procedure.

Join as colleague advocate and practice in high court.

Ji, to my knowledge, an advocate having experience of atleast five (5) years service in civil courts can only practice in High Court and for 10 years in SC.
