The relations between employer and employee is sensitive, and you should find out as to who is behind the misuse of such powers by denying the legally entitled rights of an employee.
You may lodge grievance to highest authority, bringing to their attention the injustice and harassment by not disbursing the legally entitled claims.
You can contact any trade union leader locally or the Advocate that deals with labour matters, and you should act cautiously in case of private management. Some Private management persons do not hesitate to go further in harassment in all other ways possible.
