Share certificate in joint name with my spouse

I am member in NHPC society which comes under cooperative society ruling in Greater Noida. I am requesting to society executive body to issue me the share certificate in joint name as my house property in joint name and registry have been done in joint name into greater Noida authority. As society issued me the NOC in joint name for registry but they are not giving me the joint name share certificate with my spouse. They are saying the there is no rule of cooperative society act of UP government to issue the joint name. They are saying that they can issue the share certificate in single name only as per act of cooperative society. if any cooperative act rule, kindly provide as they asked me. how I can proof them . kindly help me.
