1.    Hire an advocate found via reference to make TP and for filing.

2.    Once filed and defects removed Notice to respondent husband is issued and same day of hearing it is disposed.

3.    Normally if defects are removed today and Urgency is explained to Registrar the matter gets listed for admission in under 1 week time for admission and issue of Notice. Once admitted normally after 1-2 months date falls on average to listen to parties before Hon’ble Bench.

4.    One can do all these as party-in-person if cannot afford high fees of Advocates for SC matters and for the same personally go to SC Lawyers complex and talk – meet with freelance petition writers and request them to do the TP drafting and filing work and they do such work on reasonable fees basis for poor litigants.

5.    After it is filed and defects are removed watch the Cause List of SC from its official website and appear in person before the Hon’ble Bench by taking admission pass from the Pass Counter and explain your situation to Lordships. They may consider and issue Notice and on next date of hearing which you will come to know from admission order - watching Cause List appear again and argue your civil matter before Hon’ble Bench. It is very simple matter.

6.    Normally TP are not difficult matters for party in person to appear and argue as they are mostly granted in favor of weaker spouse as the case may be with very minimal argument.
