Sir,
Maintanence is awarded and i paid for two years. After that i got transferd to delhi. Now i came to Hyderabad. How can i pay my maintanence amount. They are well off. againest my family 498a is pending from 5 years regularly we are attending it.
1. will it have any impact on the 498a.
2. if i want to pay how can i pay the amount. I dont have any bank account or i dont know the phone or email or any thing.
kindly answer please.

1. Deposit it in concerned Court for that email / phone / address of wife / bank account of either party are not required.
2. She has to be shown in Court which allowed maintenance as well off not her family provided she earns an income out of family properties then her family comes into inference!
3. S. 498a IPC runs on different footings and no relations it has with already awarded maintenance case.

Do it Via court. 498a and maitenannce are two seperate entities.
