wife complaint Delhi Mahila Ayog.
They Summon to appear.
Simultaneously, wife aproach DLSA(Delhi legal service authority, Dwarka court) on presented on xxxx date.
Query:
1) Can I use DLSA Letter to Delhi Mahila Ayog in writing stating that, Wife willing to settle the dispute by mediation in court hence need not required any reconcillation by you as I am also willing to settle the matter in mediation?
