i havent pay maintence due amount of 48000/- in two consecutive dates given by court.. what would be the court next move.. i dont have money adjustment... is there any loop hole to get pull date to further... so that i get time for adjustment... i may need time around 2 month.. pl advice..

The court would start distress measures like attachment of any movable or immovable property in your name. if all such measures fail, you can be imprisoned for one month.
