I have applied for final settelement on my HSBC credit card and they have agreed for it . They agreed for Rs 55,000 and they sent me final settelement letter also. I have paid that money in 3 installements in cash and got the receipts as well in July and August. But now I received Lok adalat notice from them saying that I have to clear my entire due
I am worried and not sure what has to be done. Also the Lok adalat notice has just stamp but no signature of anybody
Can anybody guide me on this
