Dear Sir,
One of my collegue's fathe was retired in 2007 from TATA Power Co.
He has got all his dues from the Company. He Was not aware of P.F.Pension .
His company is refusing to accept his request for the Pension Issue.
Kindly let me what are the procedures to get the Pension from P.F. so that I can guide my collegue's father.

If ur share of pf is deducted by the company from ur salary then u will be elidgible to get pf pension. If ur company denies then u go to the pf office and file complaint before commissioner against company for pf pension.
