But Arya samaj also doing some rituals to convert realign at least they field a affidavit but as per our Law there are any provision to change realign.

as per Muslim law : a person who born in a Muslim family , he/she is Muslim but to marry with a Hindu person he/she have to convert his/her realign 

I want to know if anyone do not preferring Special marriage act so how they get married and what are documents they have to produce.

Under the personal laws, the spouses must belong to same religion to marry under personal laws.  Both should be hindus for Hindu Marriage Act, and same in respect of Muslims and Christians.  But, Every religion has got conversion procedure and after conversion people can get married under the personal law.  If a muslim boy wants to marry Hindu Girl, then Muslim boy can convert his religion under Arya Samaj procedure, where first they convert him and later on marriage will be solemnized under Hindu Marriage Act.  If Hindu girl wants to convert to Muslim, that will be done by cleric and then marriage will be solemnized under Muslim rites and customs.  If both do not want to change their religion, special Marriage Act is the only solution.  Contact nearest Arya Samaj Mandir and they tell you the requisite documents for performing marriage.

Convertion is a matter of belief and not just a word . 

By just changing name one does not become a muslim or hindu , Its the faith one has to change and how you going to prove it to the world that your innner faith has changed or converted ?
