Labor Court Judgement setting aside the removal order, reinstated me into service with continuity of service but without back wages. The writ filed by the management against the labor Court order is dismissed.
In this case, am I eligible for notional increments, service gratuity and pension calculation for the period I was out of service .
Kindly clarify me.
The court order is without payment of back wages that will follow.
