How Maharashtra Rent Control Act works for tenants in case of Alternate Parmanant Accomodation in redeveloped project?
How rent is fixed? If old rent was 400/- for 330Sqft flat in 2006 what would be the rent in redeveloped flat? Any approximation?
Our builder is demanding 25k pm from us. Which is extortion attempt to force out the tenants.
What if we refuse to accept this extortion attempt.
