stayed order given by the court on construction matter filed under order 7 rule 1,2
Respondent did not follow the court order and continued construction.
Now petitioner filed a case under order 39 rule 2A for contempt of court
A notice is issued for the above to the respondent and tamil of notice has been completed.
Now i am as a petitioner want to now what remedy can be given to the respondent for contempt work by the court to respondent.
Also helps me that what respondent can do for such notice is received by him from the court and whether can respondent made appeal to upper court in respect of such notice received of oder 39 rule 2A.
please Sugget me what shoud have been done in this caey
