Consumer Protection

Respected Experts, I had done a money transfer to a GCC country through UAE exchange, 16 days back. Even though they promised me 48 hours or lesser for completing the transaction , the fund is not yet credited to beneficiary. I had asked to refund the amount Rs. 147,000 but they refuse. Please advice what can I do in this situation to get my money back. Thanks

File a consumer case if possible after sending them a legal notice.

Sir Thanks for your valued reply. I had already send them an email stating that I am at continues severe financial loses due to their negligence. Should I send a notice through an advocate? How long it takes to get a court order? , because I am working abroad and already extended my leave and flight ticket paying date change penalty and fare difference due to this issue. Please advise, Thanks.
