Hi Sir,
I am planning to buy a plot in bangalore which is approved by grama panchayat (not under BBMP limits). They are saying that it is converted from an agricultural land to plantation land, but not to a residential land.
Is it safe to build a house on plantation land ?
Is there any risk ?
Once the area is take over by BBMP and if I pay betterment charges, will I be safe ?
Why nationalized banks are not providing loans for this plot ? is it because of grama panchayat approved property?
