Complaint for tax evasion

what if complainant lies about marriage expenditure in DV cases and makes vagoue statements about it, how can i file the complaint of tax evasion in response ?

Obtain certified copy of the complaint with such averment(s) and submit the same to tax authority explaining the reason and your complaint/ observation.
