I want to purchase a mobile from a company who sells mobiles online through its website. The company named itself as "XXXXXXX INC". When I searched about this company on MCA website to find out if it is a registered company, I could not get any details.
I want to know if a company need to be registered before selling its product online?
Apart from this, I have seen company changing its name "XXXXXX INC" to "XXXXXX PVT LTD" in one of his documents. Is it okay or something is wrong with this company. Can this company be trusted?
