I am a recently retired ex-serviceman & am running Divorce, DVC & RCR cases. My wife has filed a suit claiming half of share of my retirement benefits. Please let me know how to defend on this as I am paying her money every month againt interim order passed in DVC for providing her shelter / alternative accomodation. Also, please let me know Judgements on this.
