Citation needed

the following citation i search a lot but not getting:

the citation with head not is as follows:

Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, Ss.190, 200, Indian Penal Code, 1860, Ss.498-A, 409 and 506 IPC - Complaint u/s 406, 498A, 506, 34 IPC - Accused summoned - After recording pre-charge evidence accused charge sheeted - After framing of charge accused requested for recall of PWs for further cross examination - On failure of Complainant to produce PWs despite grant of opportunities, his evidence closed - Held, after framing of charge it is duty of Court to summon PWs and Court to adopt coercive method in case they fail to appear despite service.

You have mentioned the citation in your query itself. Go to any court library and get it from the book.

Sir I search the same in two three library of nearby court, but as usual you know the once the book taken by advocates will never returned back, also some books steal by educated people so condition of nearby library is very poor. if not getting citation easily within some days then i will go to jabalpur high court high court library.

but still not sure that there i will get the same.... so i put it here also

but thanks for you advise now i will search more..
