Christian Property Partition Rules

Dear Sir, Please specify the partition rules in a Christian family (widow, son's, daughters, grand sons & grand daughters rights of share) according to the law in the below mentioned two cases. 1. Self-acquired property in father's name after his death. 2. Ancestral property not sure of in whose name it was registered but House-Tax paid duly in grand father's name for the last 16 years. The property is in control of a grandson(son's son) who rented it to a school. (Also, the procedure & the required documents to claim the property on document legally - for sale purpose)
