You need to discuss the material facts of the case in private with advocate who specializes in matrimonial cases locally.  Dont do it on public platform.

Impossible unless exceptional circumstances such as unsound mental health of mother, or mother in jail etc. Under normal circumstances, child custody under 7 years never given to father. Sorry.

1 When the child is below 5 yrs of age normally the custody goes to the wife . 

2. Custody is based on welfare of the child and in whose favour welfare of the child lies or  is well projected  just not in terms of money but also other terms like religious welfare etc too are considered . 

3. when one parent gets custody than the other parent gets visitation .
