Change of circumstances

What are the 'SUBSEQUENT EVENTS AND OR CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES' that could be allowed  to add in the petition, in a maintenance case; when the case had crossed the stage of submission of evidence & cross examination of petitioner;  UNDER WHICH RULE OR LAW THESE CAN BE CONTESTED ? ? ? ? CITATIONS ON THE ABOVE ?

Thanx

Changed circumstances means if a lady gets a permanent job or it found she has got independent sufficient income to maintan herself and if she is married to another person, these are chnaged circumstances.  Insuch cases u will have to file an application before the court for filing additional objections in view of the changed circumstances.
