Chandigarh Court Marriage Guidance

Hello Friends,

After reading some old threads. I have some questions. Please guide.

What are the procedures of doing court marriage in High Court, Punjab?

What steps should keep in mind(If our parents are not with us)?

What documents are needed?

How much time it will take?

Which sort of protection we will get?

What if family is not with us, Will Aarya samaj mandir will give certificate and it will be valid or not?

HI..SAM.

Step 1: Go to Arya Samaj Mandir and ask for details, fix schedule etc.

Step 2: Get married

Step 3: Register the marriage before the Registrar of marriages. Marriages performed at Arya Samaj Mandir are very legally valid.

Hello

I want to tell you that I am hindu by religion and my girlfriend is from sikhs. Both of us want to get married but our parents are not allowing us for getting marriage. So now we are planning to get married in court. As I am basically from Haryana and she is from chandigarh so will it be a problem for us to get married in the chandigarh high court?

I have read some answers in which I found that parents' consent should be there for a court marriage. Is it true?

Kindly guide me I am in a big trouble...

Thanks is Advance...
