Cdpo report in dv sec. 12

Wife has filed Domestic Violence case under section 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 23 of DV act. We have filed our reply and matter is now will be heard for arguments.

In her petition, she has neither attached CDPO report nor PO has contacted me or other accused. Can I request court to ask her to produce CDPO report?

If yes, can she produce this without verification by PO from all accused.

You can ask the court to get the C.D.P.O. report ( I suppose you are referring D.I.R. (Domestic Incident Report) and court will direct the Protection Officer to file it.  Normally, the court itself suo-motu takes such action if it finds the DV petition bereft of DIR.  But it is not the mandatory for the aggrieved wife to obtain DIR first and then only file DV case.
