CCTV footage can be given to police enquiry officer or with court order only.

Unless the CCTV footage shows the guy and girl having s*x...judge is likely to dismiss due to lack of hard evidence...
and as per my knowledge, there are no CCTVs in the hotel rooms themselves...only outside. Even if the CCTV footage shows them kissing or fondeling, does not mean adultry.

hotel even if have recorded such CCTV will not so admit before police.
