My father in law has some land and disposed this land buy a new house in his cuurent location. At that time his a friend constructed a new flat in that location the primery work has been down. The friend asked father in law to co owner in that project and give 35 laks for the project 2 years back( Without agreement or receipt for payment ). The friend aggreed to give one 1000Sq Flat after the completion of the work with documentation . My father in law belive this. One and half year back they give the flat we live their now. We ask father friend to documentation . he refused to that . Please give a valuable advice for this matter at the earlist . What we have to do.
