sir,
i had hired a personal car driver in chennai through an agent last year.
the agreement made was that there will be a service fee of 3000Rs for this and also under the agreement that the replacement of drivers will be provided free of cost of if the initial driver leaves/let go.
subsequently..the driver left after 4 months under some mutual agreement ...
and it is been 9 months and no replacement driver was provided as of date..emails to the agent company went unanswered.
now,can i file a complaints with consumer redressal for this deficiency of service and refund the 3k back and also get the agent license suspended for involving on these kind of business practices.
