My Grandfather Made a Gift Deed to my Brother(not Own Brother) and me for his own acquire Property with some Conditions. Now my brother not obey the conditions and also Making unwanted problems to me and My Grandfather.
Is it possible to cancel the Gift deed made to him by my Grandfather with the direction of Court. He is now alive.
Please Help Me.
