I have filed a OP for dissulution of marriage in Khammam ,
My wife-respondent was in UK and filed vakalatnama with his advocate
below is my concern :
date on the affidavit signed infornt of attorney in UK by my wife is on : 05.02.2017
date on the vakalat signed infornt of attorney in UK by my wife is on : 01.02.2017
but no signature of my wife on permission petition (section 13 of family court act )
it was signed by her advocate and filed on 03.03.2017
So the affidavit signed by my wife is bak dated to the petition filed by her advocate
please clarify my queries :
1) back dated affidavit signed by wife is valid to the petition signed and filed by her advocate in khammam ??
2) can sec 13 petition filed by advocate's signature ??
