Can i use kotak bank fd for bail under 307/498a

Dear Legal Teams,

I would like go for Bail for my known. I have Kotak Bank FD of 50K. Can I use private bank FD for this purpose?

My Lawyer is saying that there is a risk and court can object on this. Please suggest.

Yes sir you may. But if the court lays down specific conditions regarding bail then they must be fulfilled too. you may try to convince the court.
