Can i make hiba

Hi, Legal experts

I own a Plot, in sale deed 1st name is mine and 2nd name is of my father.

So for all practical purpose my Father is also a half owner.

Payment was made in cash.

My question is i want to give the plot back to my father, can i give in the form of HIBA (Gift DEED).

If Yes, can anyone share the Format of HIBA and how should i validate the same.

Is it by making HIBA on Stamp paper and later getting notorised by Nottary or else???

Please advice

Regards

Tarannum

You can transfer your share to your father by making a hibba on the stamp paper and get registered that hibba in the sub-registrar office of your area .

Thank you very much Mr Laxmi Kant Joshi Sir for ur advice.

If i don't get registered the HIBA to Sub- Registrar Office: will it be valid in eye of court of Law???

If i get it Notorised by Notery : will it still be Valid HIBA under eye of court of law if Challenged by my Husband???

Kindly give some standard format of HIBA if available.

Thx & Regards

Tarannum
