Ca of order of high court

Hello,

I want to know the procedure that can be adopted by parties to get CA copies of Order of High Court.

I have to get Order Copy in order to excute interim maintenance petition in DVC in Lower Court.

My advocate is not helping to get Order Copy and when Iam asking maintenance, other side advocate is telling that the case is pending with High Court, but in reality it is dismissed in last month itself. (my husband has filed revision case).

Please help me, as a party what can I do to get the Order Copy.

Regards.

go to High court and purchase prescribed form from nearby stationary for certified copy and fill up the application and affix Rs.1/- court fee and deposit it in the concerned counter along with requisite fee(which will be told by the clerk there) and get receipt.  After 4 to 5 days, copy will be given to you by hand.  Otherwise, find a junior advocate at High Court and he will do the necessary things for your for small fee.

Rightly advised, you can get it done yourself or get it done through a junior advocate/ clerk of the said HC.
