'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.
It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters, having successful track record …..and worth his/her salt… before signing or making payment.
This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

You have started the query by narrating 'full rights to sell…'
Provide copies of such rights to your very able counsel as already suggested above..and all other docs/inputs that you have..
You and your counsel can obtain copies of mutations records from beginning and all link docs ….
Your counsel can provide you with considered opinion after examining all docs, inputs, records…

Looks like its not clear, whether they have both melvaram, kudivaram (both rights). In that case, what will happen.
Temple started claiming thhe property as thier only from 2016-2017. From 1944 till 2017, no kind of interfer from temple and individuals got patta for that property also and all got again transfered to temple during 1990-1992, but by that time/period invidual pattadhar sold land to others.
Can temple claim the property without any notice to individual sale deed owners, pattadhars ?
lot of unknowns
