Sorry, this question probably has been answered in detail here before but, I could not understand it for my situation. Please help.
My Dad is retired from Central govt, no pension. He inherited agricultural property and he has also bought some on his own. I work in an IT industry, my salary exceeds 2L PA. Can I buy an agricultural land?
My wife owns agricultural land, again inherited. Can I buy in her name? Would it be better to buy in my Dad's name.
Please clarify.
