Dear All,
I want to buy a flat which is sealed / taken over by IDBI Bank because of non payment of EMI of home loan.
I have seen the flat and found ok. But i dont no what steps to be taken before buying this flat. Can you please help me out. please help me on below topics.
1- What are the document i have to check before buying.
2- How can i get to know if loan has taken from another bank also.
3- How can i verify the documents.

Verify all the documents pertaining to the property. And also verify what is the bank load

Thank you for your responce, but i dont know what are the documents to be check and what is the meaning of bank load.
