Built up area

My local planning office i.e. Town and Country Planning (TCP) has refused my built up balconies on the ground floor as they state it exceeds my built up area as that stated for my villa in the Sales Deed. This is a stupid decision as if one adds an extension to a building then this surely will increase the built up size of a building. TCP are also stating I have no NOC from the society - this is true as the society could not make a decision on my building of the balconies for the last couple of years so I went ahead and built them. What can one do against what I would call stupid mindless decisions?

Contact Advocate and proceed legally to  get suitable orders from Court for such permissions from society and TPA.

You can call anybody Stupid. That is is your choice.

However, for the first time I am hearing a 'Balcony' on the ground floor!  HOW STUPID I AM.

The sensible question to be first asked and answered is whether there was any approved building plan, and if the construction is in accordance with that approved plan or not.
