Bps of ghmc is indication of nurturing corruption ?

A VILE SCHEME THAT DEFIED ALL LOGIC AND PROBITY IS CHRISTENED, (A EUPHAMISM)  REGULARISATION/PENALISATION SCHEME FOR BUILDINGS AND ALSO  SAID TO HAVE HAD  THE BLESSINGS OF EVEN THE JUDICIARY!!! IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN THE WHOLE LOT OF BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS HAVE TRANSGRESSED THE LAW AND DEVIATED (OF COURSE FOR A PRICE PAID TO THE INSPECTORS AND MUNICIPAL TOWN PLANNING OFFICIALS AND AN ARMY OF OTHER GOVT OFFICIALS IN AUTHORITY THAT TURNED A BLIND EYE TO ALL THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES)  GHMC  BRINGS IN A SCHEME FOR REGULARISATION OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, THAT OBVIOUSLY GENERATED A HUGE SUM ON SECOND ACCOUNT,  AND MUNICIPAL CORPORATION TAKES PRIDE THAT THIS REGULARISATION GENERATED ABOUT 1000 CRORES (SEVERAL CRORES OF FINE STILL PENDING)  IT IS ALSO AN OPEN SECRET THAT THIS REGULARISATION HAS BEEN SKILLFULLY MADE TIME SENSITIVE TO EXTRACT BETTER SECOND INSTALLMENT OF ILLEGAL MONEY FROM THE SO CALLED BENEFICIERIES.   THEY  HAD TO SHELL OUT A SECOND PAYMENT OF UNDERHAND MONEY TO GET EVEN  THIS REGULAISATRION TO ADHERE TO THE TIME SCHEDULE!!
AP GOVT SHOULD ADAPT A LAW OF SHARIA  IN PREFERENCE TO THE OUTDATED AND ARCHIAC MACAULAY’s  PENAL CODE TO SERVE THE SPIRIT OF OUR GOVT. WHERE ALL ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES CAN BE REGULARISED WITH PELF. (blood money) 

MY ASSESSMENT OF BLACK MONEY GENERATED BY THIS SCHEME IN GREATER HYDERABAD OF AP, POSSIBLY IS FOUR TIMES THE FINE (SIMILAR TO LAW OF SHARIA) IMPOSED BY GHMC.  IE: 4000 CRORES.  (2000 PAID TO TRASGRESS THE LAW IN THE FIRST INSTANCE AND 2000 CRORES TO GET THE ILLEGALITY REGULARISED WITHIN THE TIME-FRAME STIPULATED!!!!

I WOULD BE GRATEFUL LIKE THE INVESTIGATIONS/PROSECUTIONS LET LOSE ON  PLETHORA OF SCHMES AND SCAMS THAT ARE GOING ON, WHETHER THIS BPS MERITS SUCH AN INQUIRY TO IDENTIFY THE REAL BENEFICIERIES AND THE QUANTUM OF BLACK MONEY GENERATED.

Similarly the fire approval for the pent house is also leading to huge fines.

 

GHMC should regularize all pent houses immediately irrespective of FIre and aviation approval.( where got 18-24m buildings hindering the aeroplanes) . because when builder cheated the buyer, they are fining the buyer.

regarding the fire, i got some suggestions.

1.  fire escape is important. relatively most of the  apartmentment block did have the regular staircase within 15m range.

2. actually it is not practical to construct the water tank of 25KL over the terrace. Irrespective of BPS, the GHMC should insist all the apartment blocks to have a riser / drop down pipe connected one full vertical having outlets at each floor. the dia should be 3" pipe and each floor should have 15m hose reel.

the raiser can be connected to regular water tank.

 

there ends the matter. most of the buildings will comply to this and some definite PRACTICAL protection is possible.

 

this will end to unnecessary curruption.
