ANSHUL VALECHA (PHYSICS FACULTY)     13 July 2013

Bond breaking

I was working with a coaching institue running under a registered society (registered under society act 1860 and updated under society act 2012) from last two years. When I joined my services they told me to give two months notice before leaving the job and for that they have deducted the salary of two months in eight equal monthly instalments. In december 2012, I got the govt job and I give the resignation.
After giving the resignation I have just completed 13 days and they have deducted the salary of remaining period. What can I do to get my payment back?

when i joined that coaching, they gave me the offer letter and they have taken some amount of Rs 25000 against joining on the prescribed date. They have signed a contract on their letter head and I have the copy of that contract.

Can I go for the legal action against them?
