Bombay government premises (eviction) act, 1955,

the land belongs to a bank,and if the tenants fromed a society under Societies Registration Act, 1860 (XXI of 1860),so could it be problem in future for the tenents or the bank gets anything which can held the tenants accuse

Sir,

 In actual the land belongs to a nationalie bank,the tenants are staying since more than 50 years,between them there is a owner who got certain rights from the bank earlier,so these tenants are on pagdi system.they have got a notice from ( sec - 79 A ) from MHADA  following the dilapidated report of MCGM,so to secure the possession they decided to form a registered society,since the bank issues eviction notice after every 4 months,my question is if the tenants do so,then could it a problem for them by bank in future.
