Bail in ipc 354 case

Hi,

My Uncle ( Correspondant and Principal) who owns a school for past 10 year has been falsely implicated in IPC 354 and IPC 509 cases by a 10th class school girl from the same school. He surrendured yesterday and would be produced in court today. How soon can we get a bail for him.

He is innocent and they are simply trying to tarnish his reputation and his schools reputation as there are 2 new schools that cameup recently and a person who works in another school is playing this cheap trick using the girl .

Is this IPC 354 a non bailable case,. How can we prove his innocense please advice... Need urgetn help.

Dear Pawan

Just wish to inform you that as per the new ordinance 354 ipc is now a non bailable offense. Discuss this with your lawyer.
