The audio statement from recorded on mobile of the teachers of Kids how well they were taken care in extracurricular activities.Can this help in child custody case.
But my lawyer is saying it is of no use,they need to come to court and face cross examination to be produced as witness.
I am a bit confused ,what the seniors and experts have to say.
