Audio conversation in family court in india

Can anyone use telephonic conversation between two persons in family court from respondent side?, if yes than plz let me know the rules behind this.

Yes it can be definitely used but whether it will help your case or not depends on facts of case. in family court stringence of proof required is far lower than in criminal court Quoting from hma 21C. "Documentary evidence. Notwithstanding anything in any enactment to the contrary, no document shall be inadmissible in evidence in any proceeding at the trial of a petition under this Act on the ground that it is not duly stamped or registered". regards ASHOK

kindly i want to clarify that the conversation is between wife & his boy friend which i want to produce in the court can it be possible?  If yes than let me know the act under which or ruling of any similar case earlier in the court any where.
