Also I see that you have raised a query regarding knives at https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Possesion-of-knives--303801.asp Answer to your query lies in Section 4 of Arms Act 1959 and Rule 19 of Arms Rules 1962. Therefore do an RTI with the Home Department of your State to get copies of Notifications issued under Section 4 of Arms Act 1959 that are in force in your State. When a lady holding a licence for gun then after her natural death the gun is found from her home then is her husband liable and punishable under the arms act as he is holding that gun without legal licence in his own name.
