I need guidance wrt Arbitration Award & the Value of Stamp Paper in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The Award is in the range of 5 lakhs to 10 lakhs.....Is this award to be sanctioned on a Rs 100 stamp paper?? or the Stamp paper value goes in relation to the award amount.??

An Award in Mumbai, Maharashtra should be on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/- as set out in the Bombay Stamp Act irrespective of the amount of the Award.
