We are 12 families living in a street in Ramapuram, we bought it fm power agent by 2000. After 22 years we have been told that our approch ( only road to come out) is been already in other persons Patta. We have taken it up with court to resolve this, meanwhile we would like to know why Corporation has not taken over although they laid street lights. we dont have any basic facility like sewage system, Metro water, Road, But we all are paying Property tax and Metro water tax regularly, when contacted the corporation they want us to hand over the road to them, There is no proper guidance for that and we wonder how come the registered document with 24 feet road and houses approved in that street is facing this problem. Need a guidance for this.
