you can file the review application under section 114 of cpc for
review the order within onw month of that order

Format of review is same as that of appeal 'mutatis mutandis'. This is codified expectation in CPC but not a criteria to reject your review, in regards to format as such.

in regards to your review query, I assume that your are talking about civil suit and not a criminal suits.
