I lost nullification case in Family Court, now I wanted to file appeal in High Court. Is it correct.
In how many days can i file appeal and from which day the limitation period starts?

If matter disposed in family court with in60 days.
other court - 90 days.
from the date of ready of the certifiedcopy of the order from court.
if applied copy immediately after the order.
if delay that no. of days excluded in above days.
